Hi.
Im sorry that the version is 2.1.3 but I dont know how to patch it.

This repack contains a website, with alot of help.
One of the things you can do, is create items with the website!
You can also create NPCs and other stuff.

What do you need?

WinRar:

SETUP:

First, Download WinRar and install.
When you have finished that, download Trygve's Repack.
Extract it to where ever you wish to, just remember where.

Now you have to extract the maps.
Inside the Trygve's Repack open the folider called REPACK INSTRUCTIONS and copy the files called ad(.exe) and maps.
Find the place you have installed ur World of Warcraft and past ad(.exe) and maps there.
Doubble-click ad(.exe) and go watch some TV.... This takes a wile.
When that is done, you can put the maps (now with alot of files inside) inside the Repack folider.
Now, delete ad(.exe) from the World of Warcraft folider.

Now its the third last step! You almost got a private 2.1.3 WoW server!
Open Trygve's Repack and doubble-click the file called start. Wait for both windows to close, and then you doubble-click Realmd and Mangos. (Realmd first)
Now you have turned on the server.

Now, almost done!
Open ur World of Warcraft folider, and find the file called Realmlist. Doubble-click it, and open it with Notepad or Word or some other program like that.
Now, that says something like

set realmlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist eu.logon.worldofwarcraft.com

or

set realmlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com
set patchlist us.logon.worldofwarcraft.com

Now. Replace that with:

set realmlist 127.0.0.1
set patchlist 127.0.0.1

Now, LOG ON!

It is some premade accounts,

Username: administrator
Password: administrator

Username: gamemaster
Password: gamemaster

Username: moderator
Password: moderator

Username: player
Password: player

And thats it!
