Database bug? :S

I Downloaded and created http://www.mmowned.com/forums/ascent...-lord-tom.html, everything was going fine, undtil yesterday. I were setting up there server, and BAM! On Ascent.exe '' Connecting to MySql on localhost with <root : *********> sql: Connection failed. Reason was 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' <using password: YES> 'sql: Main database initialization failed. exting.

and Logonserver.exe say:
'' Connecting to MySql on localhost with <root : *********> sql: Connection failed. Reason was 'Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' <using password: YES>

I logged on Navicat, and when i click on my database called Ascent, i say: 1045 - Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: YES)

Please could i get some help?

what password are you using for mysql? >.>

I had that same problem for awhile, then I reconfigured MySQL to accept remote connections and it's worked perfect since then.
