[Question] UD Features changing

Hey, I'm quite new here and been changing some models with help of some guides but I got 1problem.

When I wanted to change an UD male to Human female all went fine. The race to race change went good and got the helmfix working but the only problem is that on the human female it still has the undead features (for example the black cross on the face).

I havn't figured it out yet how to do it and so I was wondering if anyone could give me some help with this? Like giving some explanation about this or linking me a guide which solves this.

well I got it now where the files are and can replace them but I can't find a file which shows no features at all. Anyone know if there's one? if yes where is it?
