All races/genders --> Miev Shadowsong

Hopefully im not just repeating...however, could somebody please make it so any race is Miev Shadowsong? If it is unable to be all, could you please just make NE females to Miev? Thanks if anyone is able to help me here.
I attempted using a race to race conversion method, but i guess it is much different than race to creature.

I'm going to write a noobfriendly guide today about changing your character into a creature, and miev is a creature. Just check the Programs & Guides section ~18-19 o'clock
