Really quick question!

Hi all i have a question. I recently downloaded and .MPQ file off here and im just wondering were to put it? it changes a gnome male into orc male just wondering were it should go, and in what form ty!

Just look around in the forums here? Guy, you're asking how to get models work, and this is basic knowledge. Really BASIC...

Ive never been rly computer savvy, i just want my gnome to look more app to me, just need a quick thing solved, just doesnt seem to be working.

np man! when u put it in ur data folder make sure u have modeleditlive.exe in ur wow directory....and everytime u start wow start it with model edit live/ now when ur wow login screen is loaded press end and when ur charectar screen comes press home on the model edit live and then log in it should be fine

i tried that. but it seems to not do anything, ive redownloaded it many times and still nothing! my model edits name is "patch-545" and it is in .MPQ format

mhm........well theres other stuff like modeleditlive i think theres wowsniffer and DBCutil i think there should be one more MPQs

Blizzard updated so it only loads blizz released mpq's

If you send me the ones you want I would be more than happy to put them in a blizzard mpq

This is only for 2.3 and up, 2.2.3 works fine with model edits.

Patch must be named "Patch-x" (x being any number 3 through 9 or letter A through Z)
For it to load.

I wouldn't advise using 3 in the name, the PTR uses patch 3, and a few people had their edits rolled into the actual patch updating XD
