Ty ... I feel stupid for saying this but... how do i use it now

replace the itemcache with the modified version teufel linked
then put the helm fix in your data folder located in the World of Warcraft folder

sorry forgot to add, when putting the helmfix in your data folder rename the file patch-x.mpq (where x is a number 3-9 or a letter a-z)

I know that and did so... but it still did not work... just the change it self didnt appear...
