[Question] Weapon Swap

Is it even possible to switch a 1h dagger to a sword? Next patch(2.3)/arena season it looks like the spellblade is going to be better for mages, but I really am lovin the blue staff :\.

Even though it will still use the old attack animation.
And eh, that's a very fcked up thing, I mean...attack animations...never found out how to edit them....awww...
