[Question] BLP to TGA conversions causing file corruption?

I've converted a BLP file to a TGA for purposes of editing in photoshop, so I convert, do my changes and convert back to BLP and for some reason when viewed in MWS the BLP seems to be missing chunks and doesn't render properly in game.

Any idea's as to why this is happening?
