[Question] Character to creature, too big model

What I did was that I changed the tauren male model into the Medivh model. Now I've done tauren --> some NPC quite a few times but this time I came up with a problem.. My character wouldn't fit in through some doors. Is there any thing that I can do to change this or do I need to just pick a different model to play with?

Thanks, although I figured it myself already.

After doing some tests, I found out that editing the field 4 in that specific file doesn't seem to make the model look smaller, instead it makes it smaller in a way I can't see, so I was able for example walk through some really tiny holes etc. Is there any way not to do this since I'm not really into cheating, and this is in my opinion it, and I just want my model to look smaller.
