[Question] making a island in Gjilian`s isle

Hi I am wondering if some1 could help me and make a Island in the place named Gjilians`s Isle in STV its a place close to the water border and kinda hided. I need the Island to be 6 or up to 8 times the size of GM island okay? + rep from the admins and me It would be great if u could try.... If the place could be kinda flat and low in the water, make it cool just think its going to be a City there a little one. Thank you for reading
