[Question] Draenei horn with helm possible?

Hi,
i am new to this model editing stuff. Atm i just converted my Male Orc to a Female Draenei.

I converted the model, the sound, corrected the beard textures of the face (196 of them ), corrected the feet, corrected the helm.

All seems optimal, but i am having a problem. While not using a helm, the horns show fine (i edited the DBC so that every orc facial change would have a horn associated), but if i put the helm, altough the size is correct. they show 2 holes (for the horns ofc) but the horns dissapear -.-

Is it possible to change something so that the horns dont hide while using a helm? the 2 holes are pretty lame tbh :/

i did search, and even when search did not help, i visually scanned alot of pages one by one to find what i want. Seems i did not know what i actually was looking for.
