its probably the most solid dungeon i know of... there are a few "tricks" and "cuts" but its nothing compared to all the other shortcuts available in other dungeons. sp is the longest dungeon aside from CN

No skips as far as I know. That's why the T2 Helmets are the most expensive pieces of each set, since they take the longest to legitimately farm.

When I was running it the other day, one of my party members fell off a side cliff after the first boss. When he re spawned he was at the next lower bonfire.
There might be something there but I didn't see the exact point he fell off.

There are few spots where you can die and respawn at the next campfire, but since you can't skip any of the sub-objectives (you break the quest if you do), they're useless. The best thing you can do is to get a solid group (experienced CW is key to success) that knows the run. Then you can toss mobs off cliffs often 3 packs at a time. This way you can get to the final boss in less then 25 minutes.

Yea it's all about kb in this dungeon.

Can do it very fast with a skilled CW, even faster with 2 skilled CW. Even faster with 2 cw + guardian (who can kb well, and also dps boss well if hes spec'd right).

Think we had a ~25 min run with 2 CW, 1 Guard 1 Rogue 1 Clr. Flawless execution and ultra dps is necessary y for that tho.

Average pug duration is in the 1-1.5 hours duration im sure. Possibly even 2hrs in grps with little or no kb kills (which isnt uncommon for noobs).

and yea ive personally had the 1 campfire skip - after a preclear 1 mob remained and caught me offguard into a pit, only to save me time. But all attempts to repeat that failed. I think it only works if youve already unlocked that later campfire - so only for preclears.
