    Diminishing returns in Neverwinter

    Recovery diminishes at around 2700-2900.

    Critical strike rating diminishes at around 2000. Critical strike rating is also diminished by buffs such as the rogue's critical teamwork buff.

    Around 2200 armor penetration removes most PvE resistance.

    Power however is much more flat in comparison to other stats. Stacking power is the way to go for a pure dps/hps character.

    This is bad information.

    Armor penetration is calculated before debuffs such as Plague Fire, bringing the monster to 0% damage resistance before these debuffs gives maximum damage because damage resistance can go negative.

    Most monsters have been tested to have about 22% damage reduction.

    22% removes most if not all PVE resistance, so yeah 3k armor pen isn't ideal.
