Can you bypass "Too many attemps; please try again later" ?

Hey, I'm getting this issue if I've logged out and in too many times in a small time frame and I then have to wait until the next day before my IP address gets 'cleared' and I can yet log in again.
I was wondering if anyone of you knows how to bypass it. I've already tried with a VPN (which btw works to bypass the issue on gateway.playneverwinter.com), but it doesn't work for the launcher - I'm simply getting the error "Unable to authenticate".

I've read on the perfectworld forums you can resolve the issue by changing IP, but I can't do that as my ISP provides me with a sticky IP address.

Any ideas?

Flush & renew dns.
