It looks like a simple speedchange in the entire process using Cheat Engine or similar. Do yourself a favour and stick to hacks from trustworthy sites such as this :-)

The Enhanced Speed is obviously video that is speed up, look at the NPC's movements, they are just as fast.

cheathappens.com has a trainer/cheat it works just fine, no clip, speed, show monsters/ exits, the works. I have the sub but it cost $$$.

I have a subscription and I can confirm it works too.. I think I been around a little while longer with enough postings. You CAN speedhack in Diablo 3. It looks like the devs of this trainer also made the trainer auto-close if you try to use it in PUBLIC games, so it only works in PRIVATE (i.e. single player). However, they make NO statements about trying to defeat Warden or HIDE the trainer, so likely it could be detected quite simply. I can also confirm that the method they use apparently affects the overall timing of the game so that everything appears to be animating much faster.. however, you can tell that you are moving much faster AND the monsters fall behind. I didn't reverse their hack so I don't know what exactly they are doing.

Also that video appears to be from some jackhole who is using the cheathappens trainer to try and get people to visit their site so you have to fill out surveys and bullshit to 'get the trainer', which likely you never get or it's got all kinds of trojans slammed onto it. That doesn't appear to be the legit cheathappens video or source of the trainer.
