LoL EUW acc for Annual Pass WoW (EU)

Hey,

I want to trade mine LoL account for Annual Pass in WoW/or just gold in WoWEu (70k).
Got 54 champs(few latest champ including Ahri, except Viktor), and 21 skins(1 is exlusive which can't u obtain, Riot singed from pax).
4 Rune sets, a lot of various type of runes, 224 RP and 2k IP.
I think it's fair trade cause i spent a lot of money and time on this acc.
(Counted purchace of RP, 100E++, so i think is still fair :P)
