LOLReplay - Fraps for LoL
Instructions:
– Download and Install the LOL Replay client.
– Matches will be automatically recorded while LOL Replay Recorder is running.
– Click the system tray icon to bring up the replay list, and select a replay to play.
For Windows 7 / Vista users, Ensure that you run the program as administrator.

In Game Replay Controls
“+” advances forward 10 seconds
“U” toggles in game UI
“L” toggles minion HP bars
SHIFT + L toggles all HP bars (minions and players)
SHIFT + K toggles player names
Right Click + Drag tilts the camera
“i” sets the camera tilt back to the default value

Is there still a bug where you can't see name plates with health bars and can't target units to see items / buffs?

Health bars are only accurate for those units which were in the players camera view at any given point in time in the replay. Health bars outside of the players camera view may not be updated as frequently. This limitation is due to the way League of Legends works, however may be possible to work around, so check back for future updates.

– Character names in replay previews now display unicode characters correctly again.
