4. Now go back into your Routes options
Click the Zone and route that you want. Set cluster radius somewhere between 150-200. 150 for zones with not as many nodes and 200 for zones with loads of nodes. Click "Cluster".
Now your map should look similar to this:
5. Go back into your Routes options once again.
Now click "Foreground" and it should optimize the route and spit out the best one. You can click it multiple times to try to make an even more efficient route if you'd like.
Your optimized route should look like this:
You can go into the line settings and tweak the lines colors and size as you see fit. Now onto creating the profile.
Mapping Out The Profile:
1. Run Sgather
Attach it to WoW and all that jazz. Click the "Profiles" tab and click "Clear All" to start fresh. Make sure the little bullet next to "Waypoints" is filled in. head to the nearest crosspoint on your route and click "Add".
2. Fly to the next segment endpoint.
Click "Add" again. Repeat this process all the way around the map, following the route until you get right back to where you started.
To make the route even more efficient, you can click "Add" near any nodes you come across while your mapping it out.
3. Adding Vendors and Mailboxes
This is very simple, just get in front of a repair man or mail box, select "Town Waypoint", and click add in front of each mailbox and vendor you come across
4. Save It
Click "Save ..." and choose the location and name you want.
Bingo, you're done
EZ Mode Way of Mapping out Profiles:
Download http://www.mmowned.com/forums/world-...e-creator.html. Thanks icqpro for that lovely little tool.
This makes it ridiculously easy to make a route. Run that program AFTER starting SGather.
- Open the Settings tab and set it up like this:
The mount can be whatever flying mount you prefer. If yours isn't listed in the dropdown box then you will have to edit "Settings.xml".- Start APC. I like to run it as admin just to be safe. WoW HAS to be in Windowed mode for this.
- Make sure you the have the tab open that has "Start" and "Stop" on it and also check and see if the "Waypoints" bullet is filled in.
- Now all you have to do is hit "Home" and "NumLock" at the same time to start the program and start autorunning.
- Now to turn or rise/fall, you simple hold down your right mouse button and steer your character in the desired direction.
- Add vendor points manually and save your settings AND the profile before you close SGather. Too many times have I noobishly closed it before saving the route.
Tips:
- Try not to make too sudden of movements when recording the route. Make turns and inclines/declines as smooth as possible. If it jerks around too much people will know instantly its a bot.
- I would also recommend staying above the treeline/roofline/ruins/obelisks/pyramids anything that might get in the way.
- If something seems TOO high, then fly around it instead of over it.
- When you encounter a cliff, then fly above it, not below it. If you have a long cliffline that has nodes that spawn on the cliff AND on the ground below it, then fly higher than the cliff but still be above the ground below and follow the length of it, running parallel to the ground. Take Uldum for example:
