I just made around 50k on making Mysterious Fortune Card (Mysterious Fortune Card - Item - World of Warcraft).

OK, start off with buyin some Blackfallow Ink and make the cards, make a macro that says that you sell them for 300g on the ah and that they have a chance to turn it into a Fortune Card (Fortune Card - Item - World of Warcraft) that sells for 5000g to a vendor (this is true, but it got a low droprate).

I'm using this macro that you can use to spam trade, seriously, people bought em in seconds and it was alot they bought.

Macro: /run SendChatMessage("Buy Mysterious Fortune Card on the AH and have a chance to turn it into a "..(select(2,GetItemInfo(60844))).." Turn 300g to 5000g!","channel",nil,2)


Macro2:

I'm using this macro:

/run SendChatMessage("Now on the AH! "..(select(2,GetItemInfo(60838))).." Each card gives between 10s to 5000g (e.g. "..(select(2,GetItemInfo(60844)))..") Need an EPIC FLYER? Here is your chance!","channel",nil,2)

ends up looking like

/2 Now on the AH! [Mysterious Fortune Card]. Each card gives between 10s to 5000g (e.g. [Fortune Card]). Need an EPIC FLYER? Here is your chance!

There is ONE person on my realm owning all the Mysterious Fortune Card.
He got 5 pages, all goes for 50g each. Could be fun to ruin his business or take advantage of it, selling 2-5g lower so he would buy out and try to make profit on them. idno

This works indeed, i play on a very low populated server, and i used to macro once and sold 5 thats 1500g with no effort whats so ever. Really great

Will obviously test this myself, I'm at 375 Inscription on my DK and gotta hit lvl 65 to be able to learn new skills, tho at the AH on my server they cost 59 gold each, not too much. I just bought the cheapst 2 for 11 g each and didn't had any luck Thanks for the macro, +rep!

Thnx for the great gold guide. I've applied it in a different manner. Since inks were really expensive on my realm, I bought as much herbs as needed for 100 cards...
Made all mysterious cards then gradually posted at AH, only 10 (1 by 1) pieces, so as to not overrun the market.

I sold 57 pieces till now, with prices from 135-200 (someone was undercutting me). I did this dance for 1hr and all got sold. I have the rest in my inventory and will try some more tomorrow night...

I forgot to mention that two folks thanked me in whisper: they got 5k each. Which was a good advertising for me on the trade chat.

After editing this post, I managed to sell another 10 piece of mysterious cards, with 135g each. Still having 21 left in inv. Made some modification to the price in the macro to reflect the undercutting price...

Made about 65k today from this alone. Sadly my server caught on to me, cards are going for about 50g per now. Was selling em for 400g per :P

Maybe becaus this whole Casino-related stuff is forbidden on the EU servers. I bet it still is and advertising/selling these cards falls under it-.-
