Click NPC through swarms of people (Cata)

So, tl;dr - People are going to be swarming over quest givers, flight masters etc etc.

1. Press Control + V (default key-bind)



2. Find the NPC name/portait/healthbar

3. Right click

Enjoy.

where this actualy does make it easier. people are constantly on the move thus constantly moving healthbars around. easiest way i found was just to zoom-in all the way till your camera is inside the npc that way its impossible to click anything else besides the NPC.
