Fast leveling for low levels 0 downtime

With the new changes in the latest patch to the 1-60 zones Westfall has got an interesting update. While I was questing on my hunter I noticed that the mobs outside Sentinel Hill instantly respawned.

Here is a picture after a few minutes


This is a nice little trick to help blow through level 11-17.

I saw your post when it was up with 5 mins. it is now 19 mins and I went from level 11 to level 14. about 150 exp per kill solo and 135 is grouped. I am using a mage with elemental. and he is doing all the work.
