How to gain it: There's a Rock giant in Azshara named "Balboa" (Balboa - NPC - World of Warcraft). He's not a rare mob, he's for a quest. I have no idea if there's a requirement to have the quest in order for it to drop, but I wouldn't think so. It has a 30% or so dropchance of a pet called "Basalt Rockling" to drop and it's very special. This is ofc a bug with the design, and will be fixed shortly, so use it while you can.

This is actually not a pet. It's a guardian and it only lasts for 20 minutes and is consumed when used. Just a heads up.
