WoW in 3D !

You will need a pair of 3D glasses or just home made ones ( YouTube - quick and easy way to make actuall 3d glasses ) ofc its recommended to buy them to get 3D effect like the movies in cinema on your World of Warcraft, follow the steps:
1. download driver from iZ3D Driver Download Page - iZ3D Drivers and Software for Stereoscopic 3D - iZ3D
2.run and install iZ3DDriverSetup.1.11RC2(1.99.0167)
3.Open iZ3d Control Center, tick enable stereo , from output choose Anaglyph(free) and red/cyan depending on your glasses
4.Go to profiles and choose World of Warcraft
5.Clock Browse and point where the wow.exe is
6.Run game and press Shift+* to get rid of the extra things on your screen
Ofc use your glasses and enjoy! its so addictive! (powerfull videocard is important) also its an anaglyph 3d

Nice! It doesn't seem to work on my windows computer though ... It doesn't look 3D it just changes the color. But my graphic card sucks D:.

Are you using a pair of 3d glasses? ( 1 lens is red and the other cyan?) because without glasses you can only see 2 images that are blue and red
It should work even if your graphic card sucks but it should be slower

3D as in one red one green!
We are talking old school 3D, which a normal monitor will work with. Even a still image works with this kind of 3D!
You are thinking of the newfangled do dar like at the cinema, where you need a 120hz monitor to be able to show the different images fast enough.

Many new nvidia (and most likely others) got a build in option for 3D, no need for a special program

I use Nvidia's 3D solution. It's free and it works. You don't need a 120Hz screen, just use stereo 3D.

It works, however. When i used it (not now, before this) it was messing up my wow badly..

It started up every time i started wow and was almost impossible to get rid of, it randomly turned on and off during raids, making my screen spaz out.

so my advice: Use at your own risk..


Also, it gets pretty tough for your eyes after alittle and it will become ''boring'' after a while

You can just uninstall it like a normal person if it starts messing up with you. You DO need the 3d glasses for this to work, but thats it. No need for special monitors or w/e you guys were asking about.

And yes, you might get a headache after a while and your eyes get tired fast.
