    Using Outfitter and BoA's for Max quest exp in Cata

    Synopsis: If you have BoA items that give exp but are not the correct items for your class OR BIS this Outfitter macro will Autoequip those items everytime you are turning in quests and reaquip your original gear when the quest window is closed.

    Code:
    -- $EVENTS QUEST_PROGRESS QUEST_FINISHED
    -- $DESC Equips your BoA Exp bonus items for completing quests

    if event == "QUEST_PROGRESS" then
        equip = true
    elseif event == "QUEST_FINISHED" then
        equip = false
    end
    Instructions:

    1) Create a "New Outfit" in Outfitter and set up this outfit to equip your BoA items that give experience.

    2) Make sure "Disable automatic changes" is unchecked in the outfitter options pane.

    3) Click on the settings next to your new outfit and under automation create a new script and copy/paste the code above into the source window.

    4) Enjoy bonus experience when turning in quests!

    Reasoning: I am leveling my DK tank first in Cata however the only BoA experience bonus items I have are the cloth shoulders and cloth chest. With the new cost for BoA items I have decided to carry those items in my bag and use this script to get an extra 20% experience when turning in quests. enjoy!

    EDIT: As pointed out apparently current Hierlooms will not work past 80. With that in mind this script is only good for leveling an alt to 80.

    Unfortunately, as posted on many of the blizzard forums, the current BoA gear will not give xp bonus or stat increases beyond lvl 80. You will need to hit 85 to purchase new BoA gear for your alts to level past 80.

    They dont want people to have an unfair advantage in trying to reach realm first 85 for each class.

    read the post properly. When yer talkin to a NPC to turnin a quest this script will automaticly detect that and equip your heirloom items wich have 10% for shoulders/chest. So in a way yes, but only if you got heirloom gear available

    But what's the unfair part in it when everyone can get them >.<?
    People who post new non-useless exploits gets flamed, People who reposts gets +rep.
    The world is strange

    BOA gear is designed to make a second leveling experience easier. It is not there to just let you rush your first char to the max level as soon as the expansion is out. It would also be unfair to new players joining with the expansion. I guess its obvious that at some point the BOAs will be enabled at 80+.

    It's a nice macro for those wanting to level from 1-80 at the moment with WOTLK heirloom gear but as mentioned above, level 80 Heirlooms will NOT work past level 80.

    I recommend you still post that macro and addon in MMOwned addon and macro forum for the reasons I stated above.
