[Small Buff] Increase haste rating by 50% proc buff

Today I was flying around trying to locate the Elemental Invasion points and noticed the buff I got from the Wind-type invaders what pretty amazing.

Places the mobs are at:

Wind

1. Darkshore
2. Hillsbrad Foothills (Southshore; Tarren Mill)
3. Duskwood
4. Arathi Highlands (South of Circle of West Binding; Hammerfall)
5. Eastern Plaguelands
6. Terokkar Forest
7. Netherstorm
8. Borean Tundra (Magmoth)
9. Sholazar Basin

The buff is called Wind Powered.



It has a 30% (!) chance to proc on pretty much anything besides moving, NO internal cooldown (though you can't replace it while it's active), lasts for 9 seconds and has an 1 hour duration. So you might want to log out after getting the buff while waiting for your raid to form.

Now on first thought you'd think, 'Hey, 50 haste isn't that much!' and I agree, it isn't. The thing here is that the tooltip is bugged (or maybe the spell is) and it actually grants you more like 50%-57% haste rating extra!

For the testing purpose I didn't use any selfbuffs or pets and checked the time between soulfire casts.



Now there's my basic haste rating, now the soulfire casts:

First off; Soulfire without the Wind Powered buff procced:



As you can see, Soul Fire takes 2.1 sec to cast without it. Now here's with the buff procced:



And there it is, Soul Fire loses a whole 0.7 second and is now cast in 1.4 seconds!
(The 2 other buffs are Replenishment and Muradin's Spyglass SP buff)

Reason I'm not calling this a big 'exploit' is that if you wipe - you lose it (presumably, haven't tested that), although it's always possible to drop combat without dying for some classes likes mages and hunters.

Things it could be amazing for are certain bosses you might lack dps on (though that isn't allowed these days!) or some premade PvP with some healers hugging you with a 0.3 sec penance, and ofcourse dueling outside your capital city!

Note: Not posted in Exploit section cause of insecurity of this being an exploit or not. (May be intended?)

Move to elite? what.... lol this isn't exactly nothing noone else in game is gona figure out, people will be running around to kill these for the event and realise themselves anyway /facepalm

The tooltip probably is bugged, all these buffs are percentages and for certain classes are overpowered (2% healing on 80k hp tank? OP)

Worked for me last night, seems to be fixed now though.

Yep, appears to be fixed on EU. Now grants 50 haste rating on proc like the tooltip states.
