4.0.1 or 4.0.3 DBC Files

im working on an addon which needs the MapAreaID for some translations in different languages.
im looking for a tool to extract the current dbc files from live and/or cataclysm beta client.
the areaids stores in WorldMapArea.dbc
but some areaids from outland-instances like hellfire ramparts and many more are missing.

has someone a tool to get the current dbc files from on of the current live or beta client?
