Honor for Twinks (60+) (Exp Capped)

Recently I was trying to develop a way to farm honor on my 70 paladin twink. The way things are going right now, there are two methods aside from a random Battle Ground queue every hour or so.

1. Attempt to stir up the horde, trying to kill level 80's
or the method I just found
2. Silithus' "Scouring the Desert" quest. Scouring the Desert - Quest - World of Warcraft
The honor you get is only 1 per turn-in, but at the rate I gain honor, its worth it...

Not asking for rep, and I'm not surprised if this is in the wrong thread, as its not really an "exploit", but I don't know if Blizzard meant to give a means of honor via this quest, so.

Yep this quest has always given a low amount of honor per turn in.

As 60 exp capped twink, you will get into battlegrounds, atleast on cyclone. But imo whats the point in playing exp capped, twink, at 70 you can do arena but at 60 you can only raid, raid, raid... anyway, I think the best way to get honor for your exp capped twink is to buy the items from wintergrasp which used to give 2k honor and they are bind on account. Well I dunno how much honor they give atm or do they even exist but I think so.

Yeah, I'm capped on Reckoning as a 70, but arena are closed for the season, so there is no arena, and now all Brutal gear is purchasable via Honor, so its the mainstream "thing to get" to twink now.

Battlegrounds do pop, but usually only later in the day (6:00ish), and not all one-after-another type thing, one Battleground every hour.

As for Wintergrasp Commedations, I didn't know they still had them in game?

Also @gargantuan, I understand that it always gave ~20 honor or so per turn in, but now since honor is so scarce, I figured I'd post this :P.
