Horde - Save 1000g on 310% training

As a horde, if you are exalted with the Warsong Offensive faction, you can train the 310% flying from Wind Rider Sabamba (Located at the Warsong Offensive town in Borean Tundra) for 4000g, instead of 5000g.

No it doesnt, i checked earlier with my druid, its still 5k.
