 In Catalysm, Zul'gurub is confirmed to be removed.

[Razzashi Hatchling] Currently drops from Razzashi Raptors inside Zul'Gurub.

When ZG is removed, this pet will no longer be obtainable unless Blizzard makes them obtainable in another way. 

Therefore, you should stock up some of them now, you will most likely not loose anything on it, as if they do drop something else in Cata, the price will most likely be the same.

Been farming them for a long time, should be common knowledge to farm pets/items that will be removed/revamped in next expansion.

Please try not to bump your own threads, but yes as far as I know the pet will no longer be obtainable, therefore get farming.

It usually sells for 1,000 - 2,000g before this upcoming change was know, post Cataclysm these could easily be going for 5,000g or more. I know ton's of people that would pay an arm and a leg (I'm talking like 50,000g - 100,000g or more to get things that are no longer obtainable in-game like tier 3, pre-bc pvp titles, Atiesh legendary staff, pre-bc mounts, and so on). This will be the same.

Something I am wondering though is, will the actual Zalandar Tribe NPC's be removed? (The ones found outside ZG inbetween STV and Westfall on a small island). I'm contemplating whether or not to start stockpiling Zul'Gurub rep items (bijous, coins, etc).

I think they'll do as they normally do and leave them ingame for awhile them probably phase them out, eitherway i was a bit worried so i blasted off my rep so i could by the alchemy recipe to earn (hopefully) some very nice cash come cata.

As for the pet, i just saw the post on the official forum mentioning they'd be removed so i rode straight to ah and snapped 2 up to store in my bank for the not too distant future.

I'm farming this aswell, I tried to sell one for some week ago, sold it INSTANTLY for (only?) 1k gold, trying to get as many as possible before Cata arrives.
