LOL if only it were that easy to get someone banned, I'd be posting with so many character names of tools on my server ^_^

Simple problem with your theory is they can't prove it is or isn't actually the person posting, they don't even know if you're actually a customer, to ban arbitrarily based on a name seen on the interwebs would lead to a great many lawsuits. I wouldn't post my character names either, but thats just because I don't want you guys to know them lol. Even if you were to flat out say you are blanky blank on server spic-n-span there isn't anything blizzard can actually do about it.
