How to Do It

Basically, in case you are having trouble with the Ram Dailies, what you do if you are a Healer is to queue in the LFG tool, with about 2 minutes left. You should most likely be able to get a group within 2 minutes, if you are a Tank queue with about 1minute left on the ram, and if you are a DPS queue a few minutes before you pick up the Daily (on my realm anyways), once you enter the dungeon, you can either actually do the dungeon or leave immediately, it's up to you.

The Results

Once you leave the dungeon, you will be mounted on the ram, and have the timer reset back up to 4 minutes, giving you extra time to complete your daily.

Does this work with the ceg run also? ( Running to a guy, get a ceg, turn it in for 2 tokens. )

You can ask the other ram handler guy for another reins.
Also, you can queue in LFG and start doing the keg runs when the group has only 1 spot left, it usually takes less than 4 mins to be filled and you can hold on the ready check until you have only a few seconds remaining on the ram buff

you can ask the guy for new reins... however the other guy never throws you a barrel. so its almost pointless unless you want a 180% mount for 4 mins

I actually wasn't even talking about the Kegs originally, I was talking about the people who were doing the Orgrimmar quest. Either way, use it if you want. And if the other guy's post got moved to elite, it's obviously not the same method as mine, since mine is only useful for the Orgrimmar barking quest.

It is an exploit, just not a very usefull one
