After all was said and done on the premade I just made to test this out, theres one +1500 haste ring. I had +64% cast speed on everything, Mind Flay was like 1.3 seconds or something, lots of dps. Thanks, +rep.

If they didn't want it, they would have changed it recently when they wiped pre-mades.

Not an exploit.. since Blizzard literally gave you it. Maybe they wanted to test how effective haste worked with SPriests.. I dunno, but not an exploit, and not rep worthy. Also extremely widely known about by just about everyone that's played for 5 days.
