Weaponskill leveling in Storm Peaks

I've found this method the most useful since all of the others got fixed. Here's what you have to do:
Near K3 at the crash site (Ricket's Folley) wanders an NPC, Dim Flathoof. He shoos away nearby lvl 77 gnolls. Just attack a gnoll, kite it to Dim,so Dim shoos it away. The gnolls run a short distance and won't attack you anymore. If it get's near Dim again he will run again, so you cant afk all the time

Did a search, didn't find this posted before. I am truly sorry if there was something I didn't notice.

Common sense but anyhow:
-Use your low cost abilities that count as hit to level up faster. (Rend for example)
-Use abilities that don't hurt the mob so you can hit one target for more time (Sunder armor for example) If you have, you can put haste gear on to be faster.
-Have some life savers in case your afk-ing. (potions,bubble etc.)

Didn't have the possibility to check as alliance if Dim attacks you. So there's a small chance it's horde only.

What's the purpose of weaponskill anyway? Why didn't it got out of the game yet? Don't see the point of it.
