The best way to abuse this is to capture docks and it will fully cap before your team gets there. Useful for the current CTA.

It worked for me in IoC as horde. It's easier to do it if you just spam press your forward button(w).

The best method is:

When IoC starts, mount up and park your character towards the main gate as close as possible. Enter this (in chat): " /afk \n " - it will DC you (will not kick out from BG). You will be at WoW Login Screen... log in, and as you're in the char selection screen, quickly enter the world (with that char in IoC). When the loading screen pops up, keep smashing/tapping the "W" button like mad, also, keep clicking both Left&Right mouse buttons. Do so until the loading screen goes off and a few seconds afterward also. This should let you pass through the main gate, before the battle actually starts. It can be used to your advantage, capture a flag, etc., so, it's considered as bannable offense... be careful =)

(If the method with DCing using the command doesn't work, try leaving the game open, with char parked close to gate, and open another WoW client meanwhile, log in on second client window and continue with what I wrote above.)

Best Method = Make model edit to remove gate, and walk through it =), But BRB to the game to test this out, if it works +4 rep haha
Edit: BTW you cant use levitate anymore in AB before the gates open, but Slow still works... so gg flying over gate

Your connection and computer have large part to play with this working. The default state of the world is no door in front of you. Until the server tells your game that a door object should be there, you can run through.
