well if u go to theire site epvpers the link is in the top and u will find multiple downloads try some of em but not the one called fix thats the one above for windows xp 32

think u need .net frameworks u can get em here Downloaddetails: Microsoft .NET Framework 4 (Webinstaller)

i sugest getting em both theire latest ones
