Sorry for my bad English.
Today I have made the simple program for the read alerts messages (which you see in the login screen) of all EU localisations (en, ru, de, fr, es)

Requires: .NET Framework 2.0 and internet

Its just reading from http://launcher.worldofwarcraft.com/alert

it is just reading from blizzard's Webserver! This is easy going and can be found out when you look into your firewall logges. I am logging everything between my client and Blizzard Servers. For the EU Servers I gathered the IP Ranges from Ripe.net you may also get the IP Ranges from US Realms from arin.net and for Asisa IP's you need to gather information from apinic.net Blizzard is everywhere!
