    Thorns buff insane DMG

    Okay so have known this for a while and i didnt post cause i thought it was posted but it seems it isent so here it is.... Druid have a buff called thorns that does dmg when hit...
    That you all know but the exploit is this....

    Get a level 80 druid with lots of spellpower the more the better ask him to buff your lets say level 10 toon with the thorns buff you will get what you think is a normal thornsbuff but the thing is you get the buff with all his spellpower in it.... so if the thorns say like 10dmg when hit it can be 10times that or more....

    It's going to need to be ALOT of Spellpower...a quick google search and a copy+paste from WoWhead says...It's probably going to be a very small boost

    Patch changes
    • Hotfix (2009-05-22): "The bonus damage from spell power on the Druid ability Thorns has been reduced by half."

    Well i tried this about a week agoo and it still works so

    You are correct. The patch which carried this change was deployed over a year ago in 2009 as evidenced by the above poster's quote.
    Constantly hoping for the announcement of Gnome Druids.
