Change gender with Orb of Deception

hi not sure if this has been posted, i tried searching for it and couldnt find this exact trick, its nothing special but fun ^^

first, use Iron Boot Flask to change your gender,
then use Orb of the Sin'dorei to change you to a blood elf of the opposite gender
finally use Orb of Deception which will work as normal, but, you will have changed gender too.

im a female gnome so i get turned into a male tauren , and get even bigger mounts etc

You sex change from a male to female drinking pygmy oil as well. Then use your orbs.
