Free 256 SP for boomkins

For a nice extra 256 SP before every boss pull, put on Idol of the Black Willow, roll rejuv on yourself/others and then switch it back to your regular idol before the pull. You'll have a free 256 SP for the first 15 seconds of the fight!

Also useful for other stuff besides raid bosses. I use it for when I airgank tanks

Nice idea, never though of this, though remember to put up a rejuv just before you switch it out again, since its actually when it ticks it gives you a stack, sucks so bad you can't switch idols in combat (i think? :O)

You can switch idols in combat just like weapons. I just keep a rejuv rolling and then switch the idol right before the tank pulls for maximum time.

You can also get this to stack fast by rejuving a few people.
