Getting more dps time on lich king heroic

Step 1: Soulstone as many dps as possible, before phase 3
Step 2: Once you get sucked into the frostmourne room, while everyone is doing their thing to survive, people who were soulstoned run away from rest of the group and blow themselves up by spirit/bombs.
Step 3: Resurrect next to the lich king(raging spirits, vile spirits, and the LK himself won't be active)
Step 4: ????????
Step 5: Profit!

Soulstoning melee is preferred here, as they are completely useless inside frostmourne.

Alternatively you can do this with a brez(die right before frostmourne room part, get brez'd, then accept the resurrection once everyone else are in the frostmourne room), or with shaman's reincarnation.

Warning however, people who were assigned to die needs to die fast in the frostmourne room phase, lichking gets a buff called harvested soul each time someone dies inside the frostmourne room, but if you die early enough the buff will expire before the frostmourne phase is over.

So losing all your buffs for what is more then then about 1%-3% damage is worth it?

We actually did this by accident today on H LK10. We were at 15 min and he was about to enrage, luckily we got pulled into the spirit room. Our enhancement shaman had died and he ankhed up after we got pulled in. Everything up top was frozen and didn't move, so he got ~a minute of DPS time in, though he accidently hit his "equip fishing pole" bind and thought Blizzard reduced the damage the boss took during this period. Of course we all laughed at him after it was all over.

Anyway, it kinda just happened, but it does work, and it does have applications. Too bad you two probably don't get anywhere near heroic Lich King though, so I can't fault you for not potentially seeing it's use.

This has very limited use like people mentioned above, but this is an exploit nevertheless.

You can buff up again in next frostmourne room, also people who are dying can drink 3 potions in that encounter instead of 2, which makes up for the temporary loss of buffs.
