In case your going for the achievment "Been waiting along time for this" or just want more targets for plague you can use the item [Archmage Vargoth's Staff] from a quest in netherstorm to summon a immage of the archmage which the plague can bounce to and raise the stack by one.

The achievement is easy to do without trying to create NPCs, here's how:

Dispel the first plague out of the raid and away from any ghouls or shambling horrors, causing it to disappear. Treat the next plague as you would any other plague and dispel it onto the shambling horror/ghoul pile. Have your offtank taunt every single ghoul and horror into one huge pile.

That's it. That's the achievement.

Uh so u can stack a mass amount of adds...

If you don't dispel the first plague outside of the raid, you run the risk of running out of adds before your plague reaches 30 stacks.
