[Uldaman] [LFD] Never lose Gni'Kniv Medallion

Simple exploit, when attaching to the Shaft of Tsol to form the Staff of Prehistoria, right click the Shaft of Tsol. The Medallion should be destroyed and the staff created, but only the Shaft is destroyed.

May not have a huge use, but could save time going down that path to get the medallion if you're boosting.

Please test again, I can assure this is correct at time of posting due to the fact I only ever looted the medallion once, and I used the shaft 4 times with the medallion remaining in my bags.
