Increasing FPS by lots. Faster loading screens. Focusing more visual memory on WoW.

Instead of going through multiple programs and such.

Why don't you just focus more of your visual memory on WoW?

Well since patch 3.3 WoW came out with a simple code you can enter.

    /console gxtexturecachesize ABC

ABC being your Cache size you want to focus on. I would not suggest going higher than 512, as I see no difference with a 2gig video card.
    I use.
    /console gxtexturecachesize 512

Which is taking 512MB full time and focusing it on WoW.
Which means if you have a 512MB video card, you probably want to do....

    /console gxtexturecachesize 256
You must restart your WoW to take full effect.

Also, try turning off your vertical sync. If you experience MASSIVE screen tearing, you need to turn it back on.

(Not suggested to try in Dalaran. Try it in an open non-fps heavy place like Icecrown on a flyer)

200 FPS with almost all settings on High except shadows

Might as well throw the ping fix in there.

    For those who don't know how much their video card has, a quick google search lead me to this simple tutorial;

Start > Run > type "dxdiag", press enter > Click the Display tab

The Approx. Total Memory is the video card you have installed. My computer only has 220 megabytes, but it's not made for gaming in the slightest. Thank you for this Fredalbob, it helped me out a ton.

Id have to agree, I use wowinfinity and looking at the sky ALWAYS increases my FPS and reduces the lag im getting. Try looking at the ground(not as effective) or something other than sky because this is misleading.

Just go in game to your video settings and hit Default. Should be reset.
