No need for attunement Q for MC ;P

So, there i was waiting for some friends to meet me at the Blood Elf outside BRD, and got kind of bored.. Then i began to jump in the window to the left of the guy, and saw the message "You do not me the requirements to enter this instance."
Noticed we didn't convert the group to raid group so after doing it, i ported right into Molten Core
Never heard of this before, and never seen any posts about it, so thought I'd put it up here ^^

Its been like since TBC. That quest is only to be able to get ported to MC without running whole BRD thing.

I believe most people (including me) are a bit confused. Let me clarify the original post:

The following "numbers" are what might have happened

1) You have NOT completed "attunement to the core quest", and you are outside the instance, near the blood elf who offers this quest, and you are able to enter Molten Core via jumping through window. In this case, while not an exploit, its a useful thing.

2) You HAVE completed "attunement" quest, in which case this is a fail "old" trick.

3) You are inside BRD instance near MC portal, and it doesnt matter if you completed attunement quest or not - same as 2) its fail "old" trick.



So basically, if you were able to enter MC from outside without having completed the Attunement quest, then your post is interesting. Otherwise, it isnt

Its been like since TBC. That quest is only to be able to get ported to MC without running whole BRD thing.

Actually, it was like that LONG before TBC. I used that entrance to MC as early as 1.6.

You can even jump into the lava to your left when looking at the belf and you'll get ported.....
This isn't an exploit, this isnt a trick, nothing!
This is working as intended, for a looooooooooooooooooong time!

Jumping through the window was the original way to enter the instance, later they added the blood-elf to port you since there were in some instances where the window port not working and people dieing due to lava.

So basically, if you were able to enter MC from outside without having completed the Attunement quest, then your post is interesting. Otherwise, it isnt

Then I think you will find it interesting, but still the portal have been open forever now
