Money with ammunition!

This is a little thing I found while I was messing around on the AH, it has made me several thousand gold so far and I hope it will make you that amount too. Anyway, it helps if you are a Engineer and honored with the Ashen Verdict but this is not crucial.

Firstly, look at your servers Iceblade Arrows and Shatter Rounds and see what one goes for the most money. If it is the Arrows then you should buy all the Eternal Shadow you can. (Make sure it is no less than x5 the price of 1 stack of arrows) Next, turn them into Crystalized Shadows. Then you can either look for a engineer that can make them or just craft them yourself. Finally,re-list them the price you wish and eventually they will sell. (If on your server Shatter Rounds are the most money, do everything the same but you will be using Eternal Earth)

This method can rack me around 1-2k every few days from just 20 minutes of work, I hope it works for you too! (Amount made may vary depending on server)

It's an engineer's main money source. I wouldnt call it a useful guide. The only time this was useful to me was when there was none on my realm with the recepie(Only person with it pwns) right now the arrows are 5g/stack on a medium populated server.

Well, they are also 5g/stack on my server, but if you can get 5 stacks (25g) from 1 Eternal (On my server they cost around 8-10g) you can get x2.5 your money from easy work, if you buy 10 stacks for 80g then you can make 50 stacks, that comes to 250g on average, even though it isn't a ton its a nice easy 170g.

Here's a better way.

Buy 6-7 stacks of iceblade arrows. Then list 60-70 stacks of 100 arrows for slightly less than the price of a full stack of arrows. I made around 3500g from doing this.

Iv tried that, most people prefer the 1k stack, 1. because they cant be bothered with the math, 2. Because they feel like they are getting a better deal buying 1k, 3. Because its faster to buy the 1k.

Im pretty sure the idea of the 100 arrows was that people think they are buying 1000.

You would think so, but no. I sold arrows at 10x normal price for MONTHS before I got bored and gave up. I tried again yesterday, all of them sold.

The first thing you need to know about making money is that people are lazy and stupid.

It isn't possible to scam with the auctionhouse. You are listing your auctions at a certain price and others are free to ignore it if they think it is too expensive. They get exactly what they pay for.

Its a scam because your doing it in the purpose to sell your items x10 the price to other people without them knowing.. If your doing it on purpose its classed as scamming.
