Hi guys! I think I'm finaly able to add something to Mmowned's brilliant guide-section!

I've done some research here on Mmowned, and I didn't find a guide equal to this.

So, I was AH'ing som blue uncuts earlier this week(the reason why I didn't post this guide/trick instantly was that I was gonna test it first). I was mindlesly posting them with Auctioneer for 2.5-4 gold each, which was the price on 3/4 of my servers.
Okay, nothing special so far. But... if you cut those gems to a casual gem, it will be worth 4.5 gold to vendors.

So, here's what your gonna do: go buy all uncut blues that cost less that 4.5 gold, cut them/get them cut and vendor them = profit.

I'm going to guess this doesn't work on most servers, because (for an example,) a Scarlet Ruby on my realm goes for 15-20g on a good day, and 30g on an average day.

Nice little guide, such kids are appreciated alot, especially by me as I don't have to rely on buyers.. although! A scarlet ruby go for 60g on my server

Or ... you could sell said cut gem for an even larger profit.

I guess if you don't feel like waiting in the sale you could do this, but I don't understand why you would want to.

That's the problem on my main server; you can barely sell anything. But I suppose your right.
Btw, this trick is NOT to be used with Scarlet Ruby, theres no profit it that.

This also works by buying green gems under 50 silver (you must have gem perfection), crafting them into any gem, and vendoring them. Not quite as high profit, but good for repair bills, flight points, and the like.

That's right Abhorsenjay, but I don't think i've ever seen a stack of green gems at AH for 10 gold or less (:

They are actually correct.

Apart from that you may want to improve your guide by posting a list of all the available blue gems and blue gem cuts or something. Be imaginative.

So basically just buy Sky Sapphire's and cut them into Stormy Sapphire's or anything of the sort to generate profit correct?
