Stop The Siege (WG Quest)

Hi guys,
Since I've been a leecher for so long, and all the exploits I found ingame were already posted on these forums, I think I've been lucky for once.
What this exploit is about, is that if you're on a realm where one of the factions is overpopulated. In WG there's always alliances with 20 tenacity, and your faction got all the vehicle shops, so you can't complete the Stop The Siege quest, cause Alliance got no siege vehicles. How should you get it done?
Find someone in a vehicle from your own faction.
/duel him/her.
Kill the vehicle.
Get credit for it.
