[SOLUTION] The lamest way to stop tremors (or any totem)

Before you start whining about copy paste and stuff (if you do) please dont, im honest and I admit I did not write this myself. I just want to share it with community.

Ever seen a Wood of Totems behind a pillar and kept searching for Tremor between it?

On asking for this feature Acapela created a fast solution and published an update for his Nameplate addon "Aloft" [great addon!].

You can turn off every Totem from showing his nameplate but Tremor, Grounding and Earthbind [for now]. You can also change the color of the single totems.

With all Totems enabled but different color:

Just want to share this great Addon (+option).

To enable this:

/aloft waterfall
Expand "Aloft"
Go to -Modules-
Enable "AloftVisibillity"
Go to (and expand) -Visibillity-
Uncheck "Enable" at "Show Hostile Totems/Snakes/Bloodworms"
Check under "Exceptions" the Totems u want to be shown.

If u want to see ALL totems but with different color enable "Show Hostile Totems...." and change the color.

PS: U can also disable the name plates of bloodworms and snaketrap.

I've used Tidy Plates: CleanPlates for this for a while now. I like the way totems are displayed with the icon above them, which is also right-clickable/mouseover-pet-stompable. CleanPlates lets you also choose which totems(also snakes, bloodworms, etc) should be shown, and which not.

Good addon although as a shaman myself id say the priest method is easy .

Priest Method :
1. Chase the Shaman around staying close to him
2. Stab every tremor dropped.
3. Once fear is off CD stab a tremor and instant click fear.

Dosnt matter what the shaman does, even if he manages to re-drop Tremor instantly before u fear, u still have 3seconds to kill it before it bothers to tick.

Anyway, on the opposite side of the fence for those Shaman players, i'd recommend the addon:

You can modify the alerts themselves but also which totems u want it to alert you for. Personally i just have it for Grounding, Tremor and Cleansing Totems

Actually the totem instantly pulses as soon as it's dropped, so if he uses the totem as the fear goes off, it'll break it instantly. Because of how the game servers function when two abilities are used at once, Tremor will almost always do this.

With instant fears in pvp, it's just a matter of luck.

Unfortunately this isn't the case its physically impossible to drop tremor after the fear therefore you are always forced to drop your totems beforehand (as u are required with every totem). So as i explained placement of the totem just before the fear always Uses its pulse pre-fear leaving them the 3 second cycle gap to destroy it.

Your best bet is to Kite the priest or Hide the tremor Totems like easter eggs

Ofc, like u mentioned if by some fluke u somhow manage to drop tremor at the same time as Fear then u may well recieve a instant tick.
