Well you need to actually deliver the prizes, and you aren't allowed to 'advertise' the idea per say. If you can work around those parameters you should be okay. I spoke with a GM and he advised me against doing it as I was "walking a fine line", but if you aren't a nuisance about it you should be fine.

u have scam at the title which to me makes it sound like u had no winners and/or u werent paying the winners. scams are against tos and u can be banned for that.

its incentivized sales which shouldnt be bannable, i look at as like saying if i was a enchanter and i started saying "get your enchants from me and u could get your enchant for free" its using incentives to get some1 to buy your product or service

I'm sorry that you got your World of Warcraft account banned. However it is not a scam if you do it properly (aka you actually give people the rewards).

The most probably reason that you were banned for is because they do not allow Casino Gambling (EU etc).
