[Rogue] Pickpocketing Heavy Junkbox (600-1000 g/hr)

Hello! Today, I will show you a little trick to make money as a rogue using Pickpocket. I've made about 2k gold one just around 2 hrs of work.




What you will do:

You will pickpocket this item : Heavy Junkbox - Item - World of Warcraft You get about 10-20g each for these.
Why? Because, people will want this for this achievement: Insane in the Membrane - Achievement - World of Warcraft wich gives you
the title "The insane". For this achievement, you need reputation with these guys:

Honored with Bloodsail Buccaneers

Exalted with Everlook

Exalted with Ratchet

Exalted with Ravenholdt

Exalted with Booty Bay

Exalted with Gadgetzan

Exalted with Darkmoon Faire

Exalted with Shen'dralar

The boxes gives reputation with Ravenholdt
when turned in. To get exalted, you need more than a thousand of these boxes.
The boxes doesnt stack, so you will need all bags cleared except for the very needed items.
To get 100, it takes about two hours.

Requirements:


1. A customer to farm for. ( You cannot sell this on AH, you need to mail or trade it.

2. Time to farm.

3. Big backpacks help alot [RECOMMENDED]

4. With Engineering, you will not need to
return to the mailbox if you have the MOLL-E item. [RECOMMENDED]

5. Patience, this can be very boring in the long way.

6. Camouflage - Spell - World of Warcraft and Master of Deception - Spell - World of Warcraft + Glyph of Pick Pocket - Item - World of Warcraft helps alot!



Finding customers

First, you will need a customer that wants the achievement to farm for.
Advertise in trade that you are willing to farm junkboxes for Syndicate rep.
The price for each box should be around 10-20g. Then, when you got an agreement, clear your inventory and start farming.
Then you can C.O.D the items to your customer.

Tyr's hand


This is my favorite place to farm Heavy junkboxes. The mobs here are lvl 51+, theres alot of them and they're not very hard to kill if they see you.









LBRS (Lower Blackrock Spire)


Another great spot, the downside is that its a long way from the mailbox, so if your an engineer, bring a MOLL-E - Item - World of Warcraft

Heres a macro to make things easier. What it does is that it targets enemies and casts pick pocket.

Actually, when I did it, it was much less work than farming elementals or such, you could really do it lying in the bed. It might feel like alot of work from start, but when you get into it, its kind of easy.



EDIT: I've got confirmed that its actually alot more money than that. Its up to 1000g/hr, depending on your speed and how well you know the place.

Give people a chance to try it out=P Takes a lot of patience(which I lack) and a bit of time. Seems like a really good idea to me though.

As I said, it all depends on your speed and your customers price. Were you in Tyr's hand? Try UBRS, its alot more mobs and its quick.
